"Louise is great. Was flexible for check-in, super sweet and welcoming and responsive to any question I had. The flat is super cute and the yard is the best part.The location is great if you want to be outside of the central city but easily accessible. We could get anywhere from the train station 5 minute walk away. The grocery store is less than 5 minute walk and there are great restaurants we went to close by in Blackheath. "There was no clear communication on how to get into the property. I did ask 24 hours before arriving and it took multiple calls email and texts after we arrived to get a response. The stove top cooker needed to be repaired as it was not working, there was no hot water for the entire 5 days i was there and there is no clothes dryer. We searched the entire property inside and out. I did get a reimbursement for the inconvenience but it was still very disappointing."

Amazing Stay

"Checked in after looking for another hotel after leaving the hotel I had originally booked. This hotel was warm and comforting, the check in was a total breeze. Friendly welcoming staff. Rooms were large and comfortable. Bar and other communal areas were clean and very cosy, loved the cosy nook with open fire effect fire. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area."
