"The front desk are really helpful. I had problems with communications on my car bookings and Takayama tickets. They were so patient in helping me. If you are a foreign guest , this hotel is great. The rooms are spacious. The soft jazz music in the lounge is lovely. It’s location is great. Lots of good eateries nearby. Check out Cafe Basque for a lovely small restaurant with reasonable good Spanish food with good vibes. Prices are decent. "

"The hotel is comfortable, clean and close the station. 10 minute walk to the town. Our room was spacious and had a safe, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer and a washing machine. There was a separate toilet, and wet room. There is a 7 11 across the road. The hotel has a public onsen that good. Good value for money"

"Even though there was a sign to ring the bell for help with luggage to the 2nd floor, no one came to help after ringing the bell several times so we had to carry our luggages up ourselves. Other than that, everything else was excellent. "

"The location was great for us. Supermarket nearby, and within walking distance to Katamachi for restaurants & bars.The host met us and explained a bit about the apartment. There were easy-to-understand printed instructions in both in English and Japanese for the appliances and other amenities. The host arranged for a parking spot behind the building for our entire stay. Well worth what we paid for our stay in Kanazawa. We would love to stay here again in the future."

"This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in Japan. The staff was courteous and attentive, and a special shoutout to the shuttle driver for picking us up from the side of the road after flagging him down. 10/10 I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a pleasant stay at Shirakawa-go and enjoy the surrounding natural beauty!"

"Convenient location near the stations and restaurants/shops. The reason I chose this hotel was due to it having private onsens available. As someone with tattoos, I appreciated being able to partake! We tried two of the three private options and they were both fantastic. So relaxing after lots of walking and traveling. "The stay at minn Kanazawa was a good one. The women at the counter was very cute and so welcoming so thank you. They’re so kind at this hotel and though I didn’t stay long it was nice. I will say maybe not the best choice if you are a smoker like I am since it is a smoke free hotel other then that I would really recommend this hotel!"
