"When i got to airport and called for shuttle service they said it was broken and you have to get your own ride. Seems like its a habit around here becouse 3 hotels i called that night said the same thing. "

"Double charged for the room but was able to get 1 refunded. Was only given 1 set of towel and wash cloth with 2 people staying in the room. We had to ask for more and had to turn in the 1 set to get more. Everything stayed wet with condensation for the air conditioner. The walls, floors, appliances, toilet, our clothes. "
