The parking garage smelled heavily of urine, the check in desk had a puddle of water right under where you stand to check in and the poor couple before me dropped their hang up clothing in it. No mention of moving everyone to one of the other 4 check in kiosks that were not staffed. The hotel bathroom had a mirror for makeup that didn’t function nor was it clean. There were black hairs in and around the sink, shower and vanity. It is in desperate need of an upgrade. Immediately came home and showered and we never even stepped foot on the boat itself.

Apparently we stayed in a "remodeled" room... Only thing we noticed was fresh paint and carpet. We found the bed was stained and the linen had holes in it. Wife tried taking a bath and the water was luke warm at best. Tried getting drinks from the vending machine and everything was out. The whole floor reeked of marijuana. And we woke up to construction in the floor above us. Wife and I will not be going back. Honestly I've stayed in motels at truck stops that we cleaner and nicer.

Best place in Town with gambling, until they open Live Casino Hotel, then they need to put some money in it. First thing to do is get rid of the stupid Casino boat, put the Casino in a real building! The rooms could be updated if they want to compete with the new casino!

We booked a renovated room, but only half of it was renovated. The bathroom had not been touched. The room size was excellent. Crews were working on the floor above us so we had to listen to jack hammering for 12 hours a day while they were tearing up the old tile in the bathroom’s above us. They started around 7 am and did not stop until 7 or 8 in the evening. I was surprised they would book rooms directly below a floor being renovated. They would not move us, but the hotel was not fully booked. No reason why. The area is poor and nothing to do around there. Will not be back to Shreveport. On the bright side the weather was fantastic!

The first room we were in smelled a bit of mildew, but we got moved to a different room. The hotel as a whole was nice. The restaurants were really good and the bartenders were next level. We had complimentary valet, but we just parked the car in the parking garage. Overall a pretty good experience and would most likely be back.
