Loved the room, spa and the restaurant. Staff were very friendly too.
Just a few remarks as follows:
You should have staff patrolling the area as we unfortunately could not get on the heated beds as people had left their belongings on them and disappeared for hours!! Maybe a sign would work too advising that they are for all guests.
Also, the spa could maybe have a hook system where people could leave their towels rather than leaving them on the chairs when they go off for treatments, etc.
