They do not provide bottled water/teas, does come with kettle, mugs & fridge. It's no frills, clean, very compact but comfortable. "Decent stay, typical room size for HK so no complains. Location is convenient near Sheung Wan MTR station. I’d suggest taking taxi to hotel from airport express station or airport as HK generally is hilly, however doable from train station (though train station has plenty of stairs). Check out is at 11am, however counter staff are helpful and may extend if required. Overall no complains, will stay here again if in HK"

"The Peninsula never fails. Truly magical stay. The room was spacious cosy beautifully decorated. Loved the spacious bathroom with jack and Jill sinks. Plenty of storage space. We were met by Cherene from front desk. Cherene was polite and friendly, very knowledgeable about our booking and had arranged everything to make our stay fantastic. We were given a complimentary breakfast in the room for our early checkin, this was lovely. Fresh fruit in the room each day. Came back after a busy day and had a birthday cake waiting in the room for us. We treated ourselves to afternoon tea in the main lobby. That was a nice experience. We also enjoyed a couple of drinks in the bar. The pianst and singer took our requests and sang beautifully. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the Peninsula Hotel. We love the in house transportation of the rolls Royce. The driver we had was very friendly and knowledgeable about Hong Kong and was able to advise us on places to visit during our time in Hong Kong. We always feel so comfortable at a peninsula hotel. Definitely a 7 star hotel for sure. Also check out the spa. It's a lovely area and we enjoyed watching the light show out on the terrace. "
