"Hotel was great for a quick stop through our EU trip. We had three rooms and the staff was great! We enjoyed food and drinks for the bar and everything was delicious! They even have a 24hr sauna which is nice after traveling all day! Beautiful area, wish we had more time here! The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we had the whole trip and included in stay! "Quaint hotel, delicious breakfast with a great variety. Lovely courtyard. We knew about the stairs up to the room, we were not aware of the stairs inside our room between the washroom and the bedroom. We had a rental car and the desk explained that we had to report when we came in or out of the city gate. However, we came back in the late afternoon and had a dinner reservation in a small town nearby. We could not go to that restaurant because we had used our privileges for that day. We were not...

"The hotel is located outside Siena but is very convenient with a bus stop 100 meters from the property that drops off in central Siena. The facility has a fantastic restaurant with full bar and an excellent breakfast service that was the best of our trip. We had car problems during our stay and the hotel was extremely helpful giving advice and providing flexibility with us staying an extra night."

"Really comfortable hotel , only stayed one night . A great nights sleep . All the staff without exception were friendly, helpful and could not do enough for us. Breakfast selection was in abundance but unfortunately the quality of the food was not great . Maybe less selection with better quality ingredients would be an option for improvement , but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a short stay. "

"I especially liked that the front office staff spoke English. They were very helpful in providing info on bus transportation. Michael was kind to supply an ice pack, due to an accident. The breakfast was wonderful. I would highly recommend!"
