The Property Manager (Anthony Rose) was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions in timely manner. "Everything was fine. The air conditioner worked well as did the hot water heater. The apartment is small but it is sufficient. The stove top only has 2 heating elements and they are so close to each other that it's practically impossible to use both at the same time, but I was still able to cook a delicious meal. The greatest convenience is the proximity to so many shops and restaurants, all within walking distance."
