"It's hard to imagine that this jewel is just barely off the highway. You really feel much further back into the mountains. The views are spectacular! The hidden porch, which we didn't know anything about before arriving, was awesome. Another spot to enjoy the views from. Late September was an ideal time to enjoy the color changes all around. If in Ouray, or even close, I would definitely opt to stay at this cabin! I shouldn't be telling anyone about it! Must hoard for myself. Kidding. ...

While the location is great, the included shuttle service is what made it practical. The local Telluride property management team was great to work with, but the main fireplace was not operational and the snow removal poor. At this price point, AvantStay should improve on maintenance of this beautiful property."

"Nice Stay. Enjoyed driving the last 100 yards up the narrow wooded road to the cabin, chopping firewood, getting warm by the wood stove, walking in the snow. Interior decorating was amazing - it was a cabin for cabin connoisseurs. Only issues - no clear house numbers or identification. I happen to know that area and that small road and had GPS signal, and I still drove by it. Please put up clear direction at the top of the driveway - assume it is dark and snowing when one is trying to find...
