We waited for more than an hour, and had to phone several times, before delivery was made, despite being promised initially that it would take at the most 40 minutes. The food was cold. "This is a good hotel. Suitably located connected to a mall. One of the more affordable options in it's class if that is what you are looking for. Also offers great views of the city if you are on the higher floors."

"It has gated underground parking lots with guards. The room itself was ok and clean. Fairly small but manageable however the bathroom is relatively small, but warm water came out instantly. Although I had no breakfast and dinner booked, I could easily go and pay it after finished. Somehow they made a small mistake about the reservation of the room. So that someone else knocked at my door in the middle of the night what has cost my sleep. That was not ok."

"Good stay. Everything was as expected and no complaints. Stage 6 load shedding while we were there, but the hotel obviously has back up power as we were not affected. Very convenient location for University of Pretoria as we were dropping our daughter off. "

"He deserves five star review except the air-conditioning unit in room six where we stayed was malfunctioning and very noisy interfering with our sleep. Other than this it was a terrific experience all around the Chef was excellent, and the staff really was very pleasant and helpful"

"It is a convenient hotel for visiting the University of Pretoria. They also have small conference/workshop facilities. The rooms are well equipped with comfortable beds. It is a large hotel, so breakfast and dinner times are busy at the restaurant. The buffet selection for both meals is good. Gym is available across the road in the shopping mall. Absolutely amazing stay

"The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. The staff so friendly. Breakfast was such a pleasure. The restaurant staff was super helpfull and the food amazing and great quality. Unfortunatley my room lock from inside did not work so i did not sleep so well but that was only because it could not lock from inside. I reported it the next day (got in too late the night before) and they were going to action it the same day. I would stay at this hotel every time i go to Pretoria from now on"
