Staff: front desk are amazing, professional and resourcesfull. 4th floor staff is a hit and miss.
Facilities: very clean thought the property. Swimming pool always clean. Towels are fully stocked but does not have a place to deposit wet towel. Breakfast does not have orderly line up. Guest just jump in whenever and whereever they want. Breakfast tables on the pool side always full of used plates. If only the hotel set up an area where guest could bring their used plates and mugs when finished helps to have tables available for next guest.
Room: this hotel is NOTa for family. Single or Double. The room is very small, furniture doesn't fit in the room. Very little of air flow ventilation espcially the washroom. Large window but can't open the room s very muggy after shower or AC turn to 23 degree. shampoo provides in shower could use as "everything" hahaha.
Overall it's an okay hotel for short stay. The hotel does offer free transfer shuttle to subway station at 11 am one-way. Other subway need to speak to front desk may pay a fee. Front desk have map of Singapore and subway station which is very useful.
The only reason why rated 3 star is that the hotel is full of Indian guests who didn't care for the hotel. they are loud, play their loud music wherever and whenever. They have no elevator manner. Most are travel in large group leaving garbages and doesn't respect public washroom.
Location: it's approx 15 min walk to the subway stations.
