The staff at this hotel are wonderfu, I arrived having a terrible coughing episode, after we got to our room the receptionist arrived with a hot lemon and honey drink for me. A couple of days later I was still not good and they arranded for me to see a doctor (almost next door) and the concierge insisted on taking us over. Also the room was great, and the best pillows ever.

The property, especially rooms need to be upgraded. The carpets, bathrooms, furniture in rooms all need to be upgraded/ renovated. The outside foyer bordering Bras Basah has been severely degraded and needs to be either upgraded or closed off.

Excellent hotel in all respects, brilliantly located for access to cultural and heritage sites, and for public transport, with buses from outside hotel and MRT stations within short walking distances.

Liked the location, it was accessible to food court nearby, bus stops and mrt station. Dismiked the aging condition of the water supply facilities. had to call the front desk and file a request for repair. gratefully it was fixed, otherwise cannot have baths

The building was a bit old, but the hotel was comfortable enough to stay in with almost no inconvenience. Location: It was close to several MRT stations, and there was a bus stop located right outside the hotel lobby, making it very convenient to get around. Breakfast, Pool, Gym: I didn't use these facilities. Room: The shower booth was spacious, which made it convenient, and there were no major issues during my stay. However, the TV channels were limited, there were no tissues provided in the room, and there was no indoor seating area in the lobby where I could sit while waiting for a taxi. Overall, it’s a convenient hotel with good value for money.
