"We reserved this hotel last minute in Lisbon and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel is beautiful, the service was amazing, everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side but were very well appointed and clean, the bed was comfortable also. Bonus for us was the room had washer/drier combo which we defined used. Best night sleep we had in a few days driving around Europe. Definitely recommend. "

"Everything was excellent, every staff at the hotel was excellent specifically the morning server lady at the breakfast time she was very helpful with everything, good breakfast choices, nice room with nice view balcony, perfect location I would love to stay again."

"I checked in on my 40th birthday and the front desk had upgraded my room without even requesting. We went out for dinner and the room was decorated with local bottle of bubbles, cake, chocolates and lavender pouches. Really made my day special! The indoor pool is nice with warm water! "

"Fabulous location absolutely in the middle of ‘everything’! The room was a bit ‘tight’ in size for us, but the amenities and facilities were great, and, most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. We were welcomed by a complimentary bottle of wine, a very delicious gift box of chocolates, some additional ‘pillow’ chocolates, and, something I’ve never experienced before, a no charge invitation to use everything that was in the well-stocked refrigerator!"

"I seldom leave reviews, but the stay here compelled me to do so. From get go, Manuel and his team of Anna and Divya were on pint for instructikns. Check in was smooth and easy. The space is spotless, clean linens and spacious licing room. Just book it. Period."

"The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly. Its location is great; we stayed there for one night since it's close to the airport. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The only drawback was the limited onsite parking, but we managed to find a free street parking spot."

"Beautiful, historic hotel in a great location! Staff were very helpful and even remembered our names. Every day we came home to a sweet snack and a bottle of local spirits to help us learn more about the country. The restaurant and bar are beautiful areas and breakfast was bountiful. We would definitely stay again! "
