We traveled to Sitka with three families to attend fine arts camp. The penthouse was perfect! The view was beautiful, the locations was so convenient and we absolutely loved the space it allowed us to cook and let the kids play! Additionally, Courtney was an excellent communicator and helped us with a smooth check-in and check-out. I highly recommend this for rental for anyone with a larger group!

Loads of room for our family. Very nice property. Great location, beautiful view. Only downside was the back playroom and bedroom were cold. We borrowed a couple of space heaters from family and then it was good. Would love to stay here again! Thank you !

This is the third time we have rented out this place. It is located right in the smack of downtown and has an amazing view of the town and sea. It is very spacious and has lots of room to host small parties and dinners. Even though the penthouse is a bit dated, it still has charm and sophistication. It has a giant bonus room if you have kids and teenagers and is so roomy you don't feel intruded if others are staying there. For older people the stairs may be a bit much as the elevator only goes to second floor and you have to climb a few flights. I would highly recommend this place and plan on renting it again when I come to town.

We loved this place! We were a little leery at first, as you enter into an office building and it seemed like a strange set-up for a vacation rental. But, we walked in, went up the stairs to the main floor and were knocked-out by the view! There is about 40' of windows overlooking one of the harbors in Sitka, out towards the ocean and the mountains as a backdrop. So dramatic and beautiful! The place itself was huge with 3 bedrooms, a game room/theater room, 2 very nice bathrooms (a huge tub) and a well stocked kitchen. Great layout and great location while visiting Sitka.

The views from this accommodation are stunning! It was the perfect location for everything in Sitka. We did not need a car except for trips to hiking trail heads and the bear and raptor sanctuaries. Even those are within walking distance if you have the time. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and living area are huge. The property manager was wonderful. She was so accommodating and prompt to anwer questions. Five stars for COURTNEY. The interior could use some updating. There was no soap for the showers, probably just an oversight. Would highly recommend.

We would absolutely stay here again. The views and the location and the size would be challenging to beat. The Penthouse has everything you could need. We are a family of 9. 6 adults and 3 kids and we appreciated the layout. The unit would benefit from a deep purge and a refresh. The pillows are well past their prime. The unit is dated and things inside are as well. There wasn’t a single sharp knife in the house (It’s quite dangerous actually). There is much repair needed and things like lighting etc. A few minor things like that. Nothing that would keep us from staying again. Just a note to bring a pillow and a sharp knife.

Wonderful, spacious rental with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This property has tons of room and is within walking distance of everything you need. Taxi service is also available very easily. The property manager is very easy to work with and communicative. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others!

My spouse and another couple stayed here for 2 nights before leaving for an Alaskan inner passage cruise. There originally was a third couple, but they had to cancel. That's why we booked such a large place, but we're glad we did. It's a short ride from the airport and right across the street from where our cruise picked up. We were right in the center of everything and walked everywhere we wanted to go in Sitka. But we could've stayed at the apartment all day and watched the bald eagles! They have multiple nests across the street so they were swooping and perching all day. What a wonderful welcome to Alaska! I had one complaint about the property and that was the faucets in the primary bathroom; they sprayed all over the place and got me and everything around wet while trying to wash my hands and/or my face. So you know the place is perfection if that's it.

We stayed several weeks at this property & enjoyed both the convenience of the location and the wonderful views of the Harbor out the huge span of windows. This was by far the shining asset of this property. All of our visiting guests loved enjoying the 2 sitting areas which look out over the Harbor. This is a very comfortable property with plenty of seating areas, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large TV rec/room which includes a foosball table. The kitchen includes plenty of dishes, pots & pans, microwave, double oven, Coffee maker and a dishwasher. In addition there are some cabinets stocked with some basics like sugar, spices, a few canned goods etc. The owners provide coffee and tea as well. There is plenty of hot water & water pressure, the washer and dryer work fine and is a nice convenience. This is not the Ritz Carlton, but a very comfortable home that is easy to relax in and enjoy while you explore the Sitka area.

This place is huge! We had 4 people (it can accommodate more) staying here for a fishing charter and we all had our own spacious rooms, this place has a huge kitchen and many places to lounge and enjoy the view. This is steps to shops, bars and harbor.
