"Fantastic location right in the heart of Sitka. A little hard to find but just off a main street. Unit is good but needs a little TLC - chairs in dining room really beat up and one chair is missing. Pillows should be replaced as well as faucet in the kitchen. There is no dishwasher - the owner should put one it. Laundry is not in the unit but just next door. It's coin operated and there is only one washer and dryer for 4 units. Management company was great and responsive. "

"We choose this property for a 3 night stay in Sitka and it was perfect. Very short walking distance to the marina, restaurants and shops and hiking trails. It was very clean and comfortable. "

"We stayed during an internet outage. We were unable to have WiFi. But the unit is nice and clean. We received driving directions. It was dark and we could not find Etolin Way. The sign is missing. go past the stop light, and take the first right. We didn’t have access to maps at all. Overall after finding the unit, we enjoyed our stay/ they only have tea and no coffee"
