What a gem!
We came for a hockey tournament and wanted to bring our dog. House was great - beautiful view of the lake. Easy drive into town. Lots of stuff for the kids to do, they really enjoyed the hot tub! My favorite part was the master bathroom, what a great shower and the heated toilet seats were amazing! The kitchen was well stocked. Great host - very communicative!

winter getaway
The property was in a great location - if it were only warmer and/or our dogs weren't with us we would have ventured down to the lake (short walk). Despite the extreme cold, the home kept us very warm, and the hot tub and fireplace were a nice bonus. We did have some issues with operating the TV and jacuzzi, but Susan and her husband were available and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place for a couples getaway
We stayed here with 2 other couples for a weekend. The house was beautiful, beds were comfortable, everything we needed was there. It was very modern, so we did have a hard time figuring out the induction burners and microwave at first, but once we did, it was easy. The hot tub and pool table were a great addition to have! It’s also outside of the hustle and bustle, with a beautiful view, but close enough that it only took a few minutes to get to local restaurants. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to get away in a relaxing environment.

Spacious Winter Stay
We stayed here for a girl’s weekend (we’re a puzzles and movies kind of group) and had plenty of space to socialize. Anything you interact with- modern showers, kitchen drawers, etc., has clear labels and the owner was quick to respond to a question about how to use something. The hot tub in winter was a must for us, and we’re considering visiting again in the summer to enjoy the pool.

Wonderful host! The home was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living. We were so happy that all soaps, and paper products were supplied. The home was within walking distance of village and winery. Five childhood friends annoyed a wonderful three days together!

Home away from home
The house location is spectacular. The heated pool was wonderful. As a note there are no railings to get in and out of the pool. The backyard has a beautiful view of Skaneateles Lake. The town of Skaneateles has great food, public access to swimming area, parks, and boutiques. The beds were comfortable and clean. Susan, the host, was responsive to all questions. House rules are easy and relaxed. Check in and out was easy. We will be back!

Great stay
We rented this VRBO house for a 3-day family getaway and had a fantastic experience. The jacuzzi was a highlight, offering a perfect way to relax. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed for meal preparation. The family enjoyed the privacy of their bedrooms, which made the stay even more comfortable for everyone. Highly recommend this property!

Something for Everyone
This place was absolutely fabulous as far as amenities on the property. There was literally something for everyone in our family to utilize and enjoy. The dog had plenty of space to play and run. The communication with Susan was wonderful as she responded instantly to any questions we had. Our 3 year old grandaughter is still saying 4 days after we arrived home, "I want to go back to the vacation house." Enjoyed our vacation and would definately stay again.

Our sons wedding
There were 9 of us staying in the house for our sons wedding at Emerson park. The house had plenty of room and places to relax without us ever being cramped. We wished we had more time to enjoy all the perks that were there but with the busy shedule we were very limited. I was happy to see that there were a few snacky items left for the guests and even coffee and k cups. I highly recomend this house if you are looking to enjoy a stay with family or friends

The pool was an absolute hit!!! The space was as advertised. Did not feel cramped at all with 9 people. Was disappointed on the cleanliness. Major ant infestation in cupboards to the right of the fridge which was challenging when storing food, or every time we opened the fridge they would get inside.
