treatment. The staff were helpful and approachable. The room was a good size with plenty of towels and toiletries. The room it was a little too warm for me during the night though. The only downside was a few noisy people at breakfast who need to learn to moderate their voices and the smallest serving of scrambled eggs with salmon I have ever had in a hotel or restaurant! "

. Also handy as a base for Great Yorkshire Show., Knaresborough and Wetherby. We are usually accommodated upstairs, but this time we were in a small room downstairs. Bit cramped but standard still good, Minor negatives: insufficient tea bags even after we requested more; no replacement liner in the bathroom bin. Wonderful ambience in the Courtyard restaurant. The carvery was okay but the fish alternative and vegetables weren't warm....
