"Our experience at RIU Paradise Island was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality, refreshing welcome drinks, and breathtaking ocean views. The resort grounds were pristine, with easy access to a stunning stretch of white sandy beach and crystal-clear turquoise water. The pools were beautiful and lively, and we especially enjoyed the swim-up bar and the entertainment staff who kept the energy up throughout the day. The rooms were clean and comfortable—with gorgeous ocean views that made waking up each morning feel like a dream. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. The food options exceeded expectations—from the buffets to the specialty restaurants, everything was fresh and flavorful. The staff at every restaurant were attentive and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. What really made this trip stand out was the amazing staff—they went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, and it truly added a personal touch to the entire experience. "Everything was great. Rooms are massive. Only complaint is the extreme cost of food and water in the hotel. A bottle of water in the resort’s restaurants was $12 for example. My wife and I stayed here for 5 days and spent $1,200 on food, eating 2 times a day on average. There is a 15% gratuity and 10% tax on every meal. The 15% gratuity goes to all the workers throughout the restaurant and the waiter still expects their tip. We went to a couple different resorts to visit and every restaurant was this way. All in all, resort is perfect and the best room I have stayed in. Be prepared to spend an obnoxious amount of money on overpriced food in Nassau."
