The shower curtain was about 6” to short to reach the tub, the soap and shampoo was some of the poorest quality I have had the pleasure to use. On a positive note all their rooms are pet friendly and it is only 25$ per pet for a max of 2 pets.

Everything was OK, except my friend i was travelling with was given a room with extremely filthy toilet and dirty bedsheets. When she pointwd these out the response was not helpful. They shpuld have changed to room to one that proper housekeeping was.done and upgrade her to a better room. Her room was disgusting. Instead the receptionit came to her room ans wiped the toilet with lysol sheets only. She did not inspect thw rest of the room for cleanliness. It was around 5:30pm and my friend is told there is not housekeeping in the hotel to clean her room. The receptionist was not happy to clean her toilet and in my opinion should not have. She should have changed my friends room to clean one and deal with the failure in housekeeping later.

I was there for a memorial and had forgot my jacket. They called me as soon as they found. Went back after service and the lady knew exactly where it was so I didn’t have to wait 😀

Hotel was average, room was clean. Beds slightly uncomfortable. Room smelt like someone had been smoking, had problem with TV, and the front desk clerk was not pleased he had to come help.

Beds were sub-par, one decent, one was garbage in the room. Staff was rude. Hotel seems to cater more to long term oilfield workers. Which is fine, but not what we expected.
