"We had a really great experience at this hotel. The only issue we had was that we had paid for a specific room online but when they checked us in it was a smaller version but when I asked about it they were able to get us to the room we had paid for. I'm just glad I asked. The view was worth every penny we paid for it. (Special note: when booking online you can specifically ask for a high floor which will out you in the rooms with a nicer view (southern view). We were on the 18th floor and it was beautiful! The room was very clean, modern and quiet. Our favorite thing was to open both sliding doors and the breeze was so refreshing. The bed was soft but comfortable. My daughter stayed on the fold out couch, the mattress was not very thick but no different than any other hotel fold out bed. We will bring extra blankets next time to make it more comfortable. The infinity pool was very nice and a great view of the ocean. Overall it was a great experience, we would definitely come back and stay in that same type of room. "

"Hotels.com is a terrible company and I will never use their services again. Completely misleading with my reservation. Ended not getting what I booked well over a month ago because they don’t bother to “check inventory” of the rooms for the properties. The girl at the front desk was so nice and was in a crappy situation because of hotels.com. Hilton was great, no gripes with them. Hotels.com sucks and I am going to tell everyone I know to not use their services."

"My wife and I have stayed here for our anniversary 3 years running now! Its our favorite beach resort! Cleanly, friendly staff, really nice amenities, and great sized room! Already looking forward to next year..."

"This Resort is in a beautiful location RIGHT on the beach. I never really dealt with any staff, but the one time I did have to get assistance they were very nice. The transaction was easy and hassle free, the room was very clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was out during my stay, but that wasn't a big deal for me. I will definitely stay there again if I'm ever back in the area."

"Excellent. The outside of the building shows its age but they have been updating the inside of the rooms. We will be back. Access to the beach, ocean, main road and grocery store right across the street. Don’t be scared off by the outside appearance. IT IS A GREAT PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
