"This is a wonderful hotel , the staff were amazing and remembered our names and room numbers at breakfast ,it was our birthdays while we were there and they surprised us with cocktail vouchers . The swimming pool is an extra nice treat . Breakfast is well worth buying everything you can have ever wanted to eat . Would very happily go back there again . Slightly out of town but as we were a group of 6 we took Ubas every day so that made it very easy "

"Hotel was clean, staff were lovely and the facilities were as to be expected Good location to catch the number 2 tram into the city Neighbourhood isn’t the best, and if a fire truck leaves the station on the corner it is a little loud! Only slight improvement I would suggest is that, even though a coffee machine in the room is nice, more than 1 pod in a room for 2 for 2 nights would be helpful, and perhaps don’t charge for the pods at reception?"

"The hotel was very central- it was excellent for walking into Leiden. There was no communal lounge facilities which was disappointing. The swimming pool had very limited opening hours from 8-9.30am. My only issue was when checking in we stood there for an about 5-10 mind with no assistance. There were 6 people at different desk at the front. 1 was helping another guest, the others looked at us then looked back down and did not acknowledge us, one lady actually walked over to the lady helping the other guest and stood on the side watching her...
