"There was absolutely nothing to not like about this place. It was clean and quiet, the lobby smells peaceful, like a spa, and the diffused water in the lobby was great (and free). We were only there for 1 night for a concert at the Bridgestone Arena, and it was just a SHORT walk to the arena. The young man that checked us in was super friendly and he remembered my name the entire visit including checking out. The valet parking was convenient, professional, friendly and not much more than the pay to park lots. Overall, this was probably the best stay in a hotel I've ever had. "

"Room was wonderful and spacious! Loved having the lounge area in the room for the kids to hang out in. Parking was a bit pricey but worth it! Walk to Broadway was super quick. Staff were also so friendly and accommodating! "
