"I booked via Expedia and selected a studio with a balcony. Upon arrival I was put into a room w/o a balcony and smelled like something I can't even describe, not good. Went back to the office and they did put us in a new room. We were also charged an additional $145.00 when checking in for maintenance, cleaning fee. It wasn't a security deposit as they informed us at checkout that it's on top of the room rate. This made no sense as it should have been listed as a separate charge within...

"We've been going to Snowshoe for years and decided to try a new place because the price and

facing the sunset. We were a bit let down with the room, also got hit with an additional $206 resort charge once we arrived. The room was tiny, but the worst part was all the dust in the air. Weit was clean when we got there, but within a day everything was covered in a fine dust. I think they need some new air filtration. "

"Stayed here for a quick weekend trip. The condo was perfect for 4 of us. Plenty of room and everything was clean and well maintained. First floor access was really nice and we were steps away from the slopes. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and affordable place that is close to everything!"

"The house was excellent and had lots of thoughtful extras in the kitchen (spices, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, etc.). One of the lower level bedrooms opens out to a short path that leads directly to the slope (Upper Flume, I think, which is a green). It takes about 60 seconds to get from that back door to the slope.
