"Room staff was great! Kept room straightened. Were missing some towels but they were quick to get. Restaurant was tasty and service was awesome. Great location. Would definitely come back. Lobby staff were helpful and personable"

"The location is absolutely fantastic especially if you’re someone looking to see a lot of broadway productions on your trip. My washroom sink was leaking and the outlet closest to the bed didn’t work. I informed staff who said it would be fixed straight away and neither issues were addressed. The amenities are extremely basic and the suits themselves need to be upgraded. The suits are very dated and poorly kept."
