"Arri checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was our water/shower was cold throughout our stay. Called front desk and was told that’s the way it was. Not sure if they understood how cold it was. Later was told that water should not be that cold so apparently our room had an issue. The property and view was beautiful. Room was large and comfortable. Pool and facilities were lovely. "

"The air conditioning only went down to 23 degrees so was uncomfortable as the bedding only had a heavy comforter and no sheet. The transit room wasn’t as clean as I wanted with the floor and shower wet from a previous customer and the towel bin full. Main pool is in renovation. Sad"

"Me and my wife stayed at the moorea hilton for a week. We stayed in an overwater bungalow, we loved it. Loved that our mini bar was complementary but it need more selection. We did a couples massage. Our over all experience was amazing. I would love to go back and visit some time in the future. "
