"Apartment was excellent really convenient location. Tram stop right outside, 24/7 supermarket in the building. Only negative was Luggage storage room was not labelled but some other tourists told showed us that the code worked on a “staff only” room next to main entrance which was the luggage room, otherwise we would not have found it. Had to contact Bob W to get check in ref as hotels.com ref did not work, however communication was prompt and advance check in easy."

"An overall fantastic stay. 2 drawbacks. 1. I was sent instructions by the hotel while l was on the airplane. Then l didn't know anything was sent. They should send entry instructions right after you confirm your identity. I confirmed my identity the day before. 2. I had no idea that this was a no contact, self service hotel. I didn't see it on the booking form. If this is stated on the link they provided, the information was in Finnish. Maybe there are ways to know if it is contactless...

"Excellent place. It was spacious. It was clean. it was safe. There was a small issue about getting only one towel and one pillow for 2 people... And they couldn't help me get any more after I contacted them. that was a bit disappointing but we made it work somehow. I also contacted them 2 other times about luggage storage and sauna hours and they answered me right away on the chat...So communication was excellent and informative "

"First of all we did not really stay at this place but got redirected to another property because the rooms we booked were under renovation. This hostel is located quite far from the city center and we were redirected to one quite close to the center - why did they not inform us of this beforehand? What's more, transport was not provided and we had to make our way to the other hostel ourselves. From what we did see of cheapsleeps, it was noisy and full of men. Definitely avoid if you're a female...

"Not sure why this place would have any poor reviews, it’s the perfect layover hotel. Sure there are no windows in the room but it’s ideal for a totally dark room to sleep in for your layover. Shower had great pressure and bed was very comfy. Has everything you need to refresh and rest during a Helsinki airport stay."
