"We were very disappointed with the state of the rental when we arrived. My daughter cleaned the floors and vacuumed the carpet and filled the bin on the vacuum. The carpet is in need of a shampoo as well. She wiped down walls that were very dirty and in need of fresh paint. The bedding and towels were worn with some stains. I feel for the money we shouldn’t have to clean first and things should be in better shape. "

"This 3-bedroom condo was perfect for our family of four for the week. The house was well stocked and clean, and I was pleased with the quality of the towels/toilet paper/etc. that other rentals usually cheap out on. Directions on how to enter the community and house were clear. The beach club was quiet all week. Pool and hot tub were steps away from the condo, and the walk to the beach was way shorter than I was expecting. Thanks for a great stay!"
