"Stayed one night Here. Pleasant. Was a bit noisy (I could here the heavy footed person in room on floor above me crossing floor to go to the toilet during the night - kept waking me up), and The coffee machine at breakfast had run out of milk (so no cappuccino). Minor things but room to improve easily. Otherwise, I had a good night here and would return. Thank you. "

"Very comfortable bed, large bathroom with both bath and over-bath shower. Super easy communication with Mary. Easy access to the National Motorcycle museum for my conference. Easy walking access to shops, cafes and restaurants in lovely neighbourhood. My only negative would be that the microwave had old food on the glass rotating plate - this may have been left by a previous user between cleans. great to have access to fridge and microwave. Thank you for a very comfortable stay."

"- customer service lacking - no luggage trolley - no room allocated, waited up to 15 mins for check in - Room dusty, and bathroom had not been cleaned at all - dried urine on floor and toilet - key card not working - rooms a bit of a maze - townhouse room - could hear the neighbours - parking supposed to be free, but received a parking ticket which now having to challenge"
