"A fantastic hotel with outstanding service. Rooms are clean, fresh and comfortable with a very modern feel. Right next to the train lines behind the hotel, but don’t let this put you off as it is extremely quiet, even in a room facing the tracks! Have stayed here in about 5 separate occasions now and would not return if we weren’t happy! A 5 minute walk away from the train station and the Cathedral. We were even found a room for check in when we arrived very early at about 9am! What great customer care. 100% recommended. "

"This hotel was better than I expected. Did not have any noise issues since my room was facing the back instead of the front where the tram runs. Room and bed were very comfortable and breakfast was good too. Staff was friendly too despite past reviews - maybe I was friendly to them so they were friendly to me. Great location as both trains and buses just steps away as well as grocery store."

"I would stay here again, great location and hospitality especially from Franando at the front desk, only thing lacking would be the breakfast as it was very simple options. Great top view of the city from the spa. "

"Fabulous hotel! We had a room with a great view, overlooking the Rhine river, Great St Martin Church and fischmarkt (a quaint little square). The room was really modern, lovely decor, comfy bed, very clean and with a small but great shower room with a really powerful shower. The free pastries and coffee machine in the morning were a nice bonus. This hotel is walking distance to all the major sites around cologne old town, there are tons of restaurants nearby and it is close to the tram lines that get you pretty much everywhere in the wider city that you might be interested in seeing! It is also a short 10/15 min walk to the main train station. The staff were all very friendly. If we return to Cologne we will definitely stay here again!"

"A large but very well run hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with a large selection of food and drink. Being in the Old Town, places of interest were easily accessible and there were many restaurants within a short walking distance. "
