"The location of the hotel is great, extra close to metro station and a huge market around it, the location is just amazing. Friendly staff which is very important. The room is clean, it has all the basics. It can get loud at night from the outside area, like music and people laughing, but I dont mind that. The transportation is seconds away from the hotel. All in all it was a nice stay and I recommend it, I just wish they had kittles and bar fridge, but I noticed that in Germany hotels...

The property says it is easy to request towels or any other help easily 24/7 but I could not work out how to do this. The app process did not work for me. Apart from this, I enjoyed my stay and found the location excellent for transport connections and tourism during my visit."
