"Cottage was good, welcome pack very much appreciated. Location was excellent. Very disappointed with the state of the garden, we had been notified it was a 'little overgrown' due to sourcing a gardener. However we could not use any of the outside garden or the bench to sit out and enjoy a drink or a meal. For the price we paid we would have expected everything to be of the highest standards. "
