"Staff at the front desk were nice and even let me check in early which was very much appreciated after a long two days of travel!! The massage I received in my room however was terrible, the masseuse was definitely not properly trained. I almost feel as though I felt worse after the massage than before - not worth the value. The bed linen had tiny little black hairs on the outside of the duvet, I didn’t want to look under because I needed sleep and didn’t want to think about it. The room was...

"This hotel potrayed on the website was portrayed as the new “soon to be opened” hotel when in fact I was paying for the much older substandard hotel. This is a complete ripoff and I expect to get a full refund. The rooms had windows, in room phone didn’t work, so numerous room problems required multiple trips to the front desketc, I could say more, but you get the jist. in the end, I merely checked out the next day to get another hotel. "

"i think you need to read past reviews with a grain of salt. Similar to some Amazon reviewers, there are folks that just can't be satisfied. If you've ever stayed at a Motel 6 in the US, this place is leaps and bounds better. Sure, it lacks amenities, like a shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap. And if you demand a western-style breakfast, get over it - your'e traveling....in Indonesia...and it's free. If you're a budget traveler, this place rocks"

"I’m sorry I’m from the west where things are very different. The one small cafe in the lobby has no service and people chain smoking in it. Wanted to have a quick cocktail to watch sunset from rooftop and aside from beer which I just don’t like and soft drinks you have to buy an entire bottle of alcohol! I understand wine csn go bad but rum doesn’t! It’s a total Muslim thing. The lobby has a very rare red spotted ray in a bare tank with no space to move it’s horrific and how many divers come...

"Hotel is close to the airport and adequate for a layover or overnight but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer. Room was in rough condition with scratches all over the walls and for some reason the tv randomly turned on during the night. There was also loud music that could be heard in the room until late evening while I was trying to sleep. "
