"The staff were incredibly helpful - ordering taxis for us in the mornings and assiting our friend with booking a bus ride home. The rooftop bar is lovely and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. The complementary breakfast was also wonderful. Highly recommend a stay here! "

"We thoroughly enjoy our stay here at Lorelei and were grateful they found a way to extend our stay even though they were sold out as we loved it so much. Great staff, very clean and attended to, great location and absolute magnificent view! Wonderful breakfast and loved our meal in the Michelin restaurant on site. Pricy but very top notch! "Overall good stay. However I wouldn’t say it was a 4 star hotel more like a 3 star. Lovely staff. Beware this hotel is NOT a short walk to sorrento. I booked under the impression it was a 15/20 min walk to sorrento but I was mistaken to get to the main part of sorrento you are talking upward of 30-40mins at a decent pace.
