"What a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt Saadiyat island. The service was impeccable, I asked for an alternate room and if I could see what was available before changing and they were so accommodating. The breakfast buffet was the best! "What an amazing hotel, the staff were so friendly. The receptionist Harman was lovely. She helped us out so much. There was a lovely young lad, Wendell, who did our drinks for us such a amazing character, another lovely person called Zebh we met at the bar was so friendly, the food was to die for I’ve never had such tasty food ever on holiday. The rooms were nice. We had a family room but we never wanted a family room because we went as friends and it was a bit awkward having a family room.. we had a bad experience with a taxi driver that was ordered from the front door of the hotel, but the company that hired the taxi driver was at fault, not the hotel, all in all the hotel was beautiful. The ambience in the restaurants were lovely and food was amazing. You can’t go wrong! Thank you Rixos you were amazing x"
