"We arrived at around 7:15pm, but the door of the reception was closed! And they even didn't accept us to have the dinner at its restaurant, the staff said the lastest reservation time for the dinner was at 6:45! We stayed at a room, not a cottage, we can hear the people who stayed next room, talking clearly just as they were sleeping beside you, it is not private at all!"

This hit the mark again. Janet was super helpful leading up to our stay and during our stay. Everything you need to know is at...
