"This may seem minor, but to me it is not. This hotel has great pillows. It is so hard these days to find hotel pillows that are not so thick and hard that they cause neck problems. Finally, a hotel that gets it. The location is fantastic for traveling to Central London or to Heathrow. The staff are awesome. "
