Best Western hotels in London, England

"The hotel is literally a five minute walk to Kensington Palace, the lovely park and several stores (including Whole Foods). But the staff (the lovely concierge staff 💕) were magnificent!!! The hotel is SPOTLESS!!! The staff was so welcoming, friendly and assisted me prior to me arriving. The hotel transportation is worth every penny, and the breakfast was so filling and delicious. I will be back and highly recommend this hotel. "

"Stayed at Assembly Leicester Square for 2 nights last week and had a great experience. The location is perfect—right in the heart of everything. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable, which worked fine for a short stay. The rooftop bar/restaurant is definitely a highlight—amazing views and a great vibe. Would stay again!"

"really enjoyed our stay but was really surprised there was no kettle or place to hang clothes. if this hotel put this in place it would be 5 star as the hotel & location was 2nd to none. only other thing was getting charged for our luggage to be looked after while our train was scheduled. that was after we had to pay 40 pound to check in early even though our room was ready. great stay though lol"
