"We enjoyed our stay at the Malmaison Charterhouse Square very much. Staff was uniformly helpful and cheerful, our room on the 6th floor was quiet and comfortable (especially the not-too-soft, not-too-hard bed), and all the facilities were spotless and well appointed. We had a lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant as well. Lots of little extras, like tea- and coffee-making facilities, biscuits, and lovely toiletries, plus quirky decor details made the stay especially nice."

"Lovely hotel in a great location and very clean and well equipped room. Only issue was parking was a little tricky as it was busy when we arrived and the showers were not great (we had two rooms and there were problems with both - luke warm water and not enough water pressure)."
