"The hotel and staff were brilliant. Slight issue with the room, but that was corrected by an excellent staff member at front desk. The Steak and Lobster restaurant was in a nice trendy part of the hotel and the food was brilliant. Overall, great experience and highly recommended. "

"Very convenient location near Dominion Theatre and Oxford Street, tube and 176 bus stop very close that goes to Leicester Square and Strand/Covent Garden. Upgraded when checked in, lifts to room. Clean, good size room, lovely shower and clean facilities. One bar of soap and towels provided, no shampoo or body wash unlike other hotels. Tea, cofee kettle and fridge provided as well as a safe. Very good room for the price and location. Very welcoming staff as well. Place is currently being renovated per signs, but not affected by anything where I was. "
