"Usually when paying for a hotel of this price youre expecting a lot less but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean, the cleaning crew came by everyday and switched out the towels (and the sheets when we asked). Check In & Out was very quick and easy with friendly service. The breakfast is lackluster with just yogury, some pastries, juice and a waffle maker. No eggs, bacon, sausage but there is a cracker barrel basically in the same parking lot! There was a little bit of noise...

"Brought my wife to Charlotte for an overnighter and chose Hyatt House cause of its walking distance to the venue we were attending. I was very happy with the hotel, it’s staff, and the accommodations. Hotel was right in the middle of town, only two minute walk from the arena. Staff were extremely pleasant and checked us in with no delays or issues. The room was clean, spacious, and everything we needed for the night. I will definitely stay at the Hyatt House on my next visit to Charlotte!"

"Hotel was very clean and staff was nice. We slept terribly. The a/c stopped working in the middle of the night and I was pouring sweat. The bed was also not comfortable at all. "

"I have no complaints. My room was very clean, a little dust on the coffee pot but nothing major. Staff were very professional and well as helpful in assisting me. I will definitely go back."
