"A very serviceable hotel in an easily accessible location. Staff were friendly & helpful, and the hotel itself on par with other mid-level (4*) chains; rooms/balcony clean and modern if a little characterless. I was disappointed that the King Room was fitted with two twins fitted together (no joiner), which made sleeping a little uncomfortable at times. And on one of the days our "please service room" sign was ignored, so we returned late to find it had not been and we had no clean/dry...

"We were a family of 4 and had a one night stay at the Mantra. It ticked all the boxes. It is on a main road so the surrounds are particularly picturesque but it was quiet and had plenty of street parking. We'd definitely go back as it was good value relative to other accommodation options in the Gong"
