"Great location and accomodating staff. Parking is over $100 a night and parking staff are a little slow so use the Wilson parking or use public transportation. Tram stop is close by aa well as the dock for ferries and cruises."

"On arrival the concierge greeted us at our vehicle and arranged our luggage seamlessly up to the rooms. We booked two rooms for our family of four and even though they were separate booking they had organised our rooms on the same floor, which made it easy for us to plan our stay. To top off our stay we took in an early morning swim and the views of the harbour from level 22. "

"Had an amazing stay for my birthday. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was perfect and they even gave me a birthday cake. Check in and out was very smooth. Only negative is the cost of parking and that there was no warning that we would be unable to access the Altitude restaurant or bar Blu until 2000hrs due to a corporate function taking place. That really was a big disappointment. Would def stay again though"
