"The Citizen M Miami Worldcenter is a new hotel in an excellent location. Across from the Miami Heat Arena, close to the Bayside shops and restaurants, bus stop nearby to Miami Beach and close to the cruise port. Nice happy hour at the rooftop pool. Tiny rooms with a bed configuration that is against a window/wall. All rooms are the same."

"Didn’t like having to use a key card to exit the pool area. My card got compromised and I was stuck for sometime. The area is surrounded by an 8 foot fence - doesn’t need further security during daylight hours "

"I paid for a suite as a wedding gift for some family in lieu of not being able to attend the actual wedding and I asked the staff for some sort of special decoration for the “honeymoon” suite and they happily decorated the bed with rose petals for me which I am very grateful for. Great attention and service, the staff went above and beyond!"

"I liked the fact the location of this property is convenient and provide easy access to the beach, park to exercise and walk, local stores for everyday needs, great restaurants and regardless it is situated in the middle of the ambiance, I was surprisingly able to sleep. I also like the fact that it's a self-entry hotel, and anything you need solved can be communicated via text message. However, the place itself needs to be renovated. The lobby is not inviting, it is dated. There's a foul smell...

Great spot for before or after a cruise!

"Overall a great crash spot for before or after a cruise. It was crazy busy when we arrived. Rooms are nice but small. The beds are comfortable and the TV's are big. The bathroom offers Dove products which is nice. Only thing missing is a rug to put down in front of the shower and tissue boxes. I would absolutely stay here again! "
