"All in all it was a good stay. We stayed there for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. There's a bus station close by as well as a train station. Everything was good and you get a good deal for your money."

"I arrived to check in at 9pm & Had a problem accessing the property, Hadnt received the Email with door codes, Experian should notify clients to expect a communication prior to arriving with access codes to the property. apartment was immaculately clean, comfortable bed & good shower. I didnt find the tea, coffee & milk sachets until I was leaving as they were in a baking loaf tin on a shelf. Better to put these near the kettle where they can be seen."

"Over the past number over years we as a large group of friends have stayed at no the Park hotel and without doubt I’d the best hotel we have stayed in with its comfort and friendly staff that are always help especially Robyn on reception. Thanks again and we will see you next time."

"Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution. "

"The place is very good except the bedrooms are tired looking they need a good indepth clean also had to go for tea bag the biscuits was limited. The staff were lovely and very helpful but also didn't have a children menu lucky my grandchild eats anything, so she could have lunch. Overall we had a lovely time. Thanks "

"This was the first time I tried checking in online. It didn't quite work out aswell as I expected but there was someone in reception ready to help. Now I'm familiar i would try it again. The hotel room and bathroom were a good size and clean. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was very good. We arrived by train easily accessible from Central Station. "

"The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and accomodating. We stay in hotels often and this was the best, staff wise. Good size room and excellent location for getting around the city. Free tea, coffee and water available and they lent us good quality brollies when it rained. Would recommend."
