"It was a standard hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean. I felt safe after a long drive to the area. Breakfast was subpar, but it was complimentary and the location allowed for me to get food before heading into the hotel and it's right by a gas station. "

"We were only at the hotel for 14.5 hours. We were mainly looking for a great place to spend the night. We felt we did get that for the amount of time we were there. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and served us well. The only negative things we feel need some attention is the bathroom (floor was very worn and needs updated, esp. around the tub, shower curtain was old and dirty, bathtub needs updating) Furnace was not working correctly, fan would not start or stop on its own....

"I was there for two nights by myself on business. For the price, I would stay there again, but would most likely stay somewhere nicer and with more amenities if I was with my family. All of the staff were very friendly and inviting. Not in the best part of town, but I felt safe during my stay. Free breakfast quality and selection was good, but not great. Rooms and common areas were clean, but could use some updating. Overall, pleasant experience and for the price, would stay there...

"We came for the weekend to see a concert at Lucas Oil. The hotel was clean, the workers friendly and the location was perfect!! The drive to the concert was short and easy, the immediate area of the Hotel had everything we could possibly need. Residence inn (Greenwood) was super clean. the rooms were well designed and spacious, the pool was fantastic and they had a great little gym.
