"The view was terrific from my room and staff at reception were very helpful, friendly and caring. It is a bit far from other services and taxis from airport were reluctant to take fares such a short distance. The buses were regular and drivers were very approachable for advice! Having Murphy’s Market was helpful since I was an international traveller. Better room information on air conditioning and staff availability at certain hours would be good."

"The check in process was a little stressful as their office hours do not align with what I think would be needed for the area, considering it is a stopping point for many continued travelers, many of which have late arrivals, early departures, and/or tours.
