"This hotel is in a great location and our room was very comfortable. Finding the check in desk was very difficult. The building houses a movie theater, multiple shops and restaurants and two hotels. It took us quite some time to find where to check in. Other than that issue, the rest of our stay was very pleasant!"

"Property was very clean and nice, heating and cooling worked wonderfully and the view was impeccable. Only difficulty was my lack of Korean phone number for communication on where to park and which room we were staying so I had to do so through kakao for which my boyfriend had to do the talking as I’m not fluent in Korean. "The room does not have floor mats as it is all ceramic so the room is always cold and there is no slipper or chairs furnished to sit on and the bath towel is very small and useless for taking a shower. There is another room with a complete sitting set and floor mats but I was not given that room. "The one we stayed is like a studio. Has big fridge and washing machine (with dryer). Kitchen utensils and electric stove. "Overall the apartment was comfy, cosy and clean . I’m staying 5 nights , Only drawback is if staying longer , there were no housekeeping, yet the cleaning tool not being provided. "Room booked on Expedia is different from what I was given. Room is nice and clean but the false advertisement is what got me irritated with the service here. 1. They show pictures of the rooftop pool but did not mention the pool is pay to use before booking. 2. "Honestly the best hotel experience I’ve had in my life. Everyone starting from the front door, lobby, lounge, house keeping, room service, etc. ABSOLUTELY know the meaning of guest service and experience. The icing on the cake was when the concierge will escort you all the way to your room and show and explain how everything works. She was very patient and thorough with me while showing me the room. Then I was brought up a welcome tea :) The room was very clean, quiet, and luxurious. The heat seats on the bidet on cold mornings came in absolutely clutch. I used the room service a few times too. There was a good selection of foods in the room service menu. Food was good. The only thing I’d change was the shower gel and hair shampoo all smelled the same. The smell was a little too strong for me. Haeundae’s “Main Street” is only a flew blocks away and only takes 5-10 minutes depending on how fast you walk. I will only stay here from now when I’m visiting Busan. This was supposed to be a quick recharge and relax visit for me and everyone there made it happen. Thank you. "
