The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our entire stay. They made us feel welcome and answered all our questions with a smile. It was our first time visiting Korea, so having friendly and supportive hotel personnel really made a difference. We stayed in April and were lucky to find the hotel on sale when we booked. It turned out to be a great value for the price. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and we truly enjoyed our time there.
