"Great hotel. Very lovely decor. Great location across the road from station and in the heart of the city. Sound proof rooms as didn’t hear a thing from the wedding that was on or people coming and going from room on the floor being a Saturday night. Great breakfast with lots of options. Good sized room and very hot water available in evening and morning. Mini bar in room if you like that and small 24/7 room service menu available. "

"Sam on reception is very friendly and helpful. Bar is nice and overlooks Quayside. Club room had good bed and sitting area to take advantage of the panoramic view of the Tyne. Breakfast was good qith plenty of choice and onsite parkjng was secure and really handy. Only negative isbthw bathroom which is dated. Shallow bathrub is difficult to get in and out of. Location perfect for city and Quayside and taxis easy to book from reception if needed."

"Excellent modern hotel in the centre of Newcastle and 2 mins from the station. Stayed in a family room which was spacious and had a bunk bed which the kids loved. Room was new, spacious and quiet. Excellent value for money. "

"Shame to pay for fitness suite, also, not advised free weights in different location to machines and cv machines. Sauna was good, pool a little cool"
