"The service and comfort of this hotel were almost reflective a five star hotel. The design of the rooms was not so outdated as some others have commented, and I am not a fan of the ultramodern look anyways. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with many options for coffee, juice, meats, and breads. The room cleanliness could be improved somewhat. "Classy hotel in prime location. Direct access to the Pavilion Mall. Staff wonderfully helpful and attentive. Rooms were large and well equipped, although starting to age. Pool on 18th floor was great. Breakfast offer was extensive and tasty. Gets busy at weekends, quieter during the week"

"The room is big and nice decor. Staff at the lobby and check in are very attentive. Only problem is the staff at breakfast forgot to put our order and we wait more than half hour the food didn't come so I had to cancel my order. Very disappointed!"

"High end hotel with all the facilities you could wish for. The gardens & fountains are immaculately kept. Many quality restaurants with a huge selection of world cuisines available at your finger tips. We had a luxury ground floor room with a private pool & gardens sweeping onto the beach. I would think no room would disappoint as everything is superb. Needless to say the staff were exceptional, going above & beyond. I cannot fault my stay there."

I highly recommend a room with its own pool and outdoor bath. We enjoyed the massages and just relaxing every day so many people we met on property where repeaters and we hope to come back soon too.
